CHROMATOGRAPHY

  • 2 ThermoFinnigan HPLC systems with gradient pump (P2000 and P4000), UV-Visible Diode Array detector (UV6000) and fluorescence detector (FL3000,) and microbore HPLC pumps (Jasco) for inline derivatization (IAC Lab).

  • Bruker Avance NEO 500 spectrometer (500 MHz Larmor 1H frequency) equipped with 4 CP-MAS double / triple resonance probes for solids (rotor diameters 1.3 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.2 mm, 4.0 mm), including a fast-MAS ( 70 kHz), one for low-γ cores and one for semi-solids (HR-MAS), capable of operating between -50 ° C and 80 ° C (@ CISUP / DCCI UNIPI)
