Abstract: The project aims at designing, preparing, and applying new materials capable of imparting silicon-based photovoltaic panels with aesthetic characteristics suitable for various uses in architectural and landscape applications, while striving to limit efficiency losses to a percentage lower than that of similar devices currently available on the market. The applied technology will be essentially based on the use of polymeric encapsulants containing appropriate dyes that enable intense and durable coloration. Advanced new materials suitable for this purpose will thus be developed.
