Dr. M. Pagliaro winner of the “Mauro Graziani” Prize 2020 of the Interdivisional Group of Catalysis of the Italian Chemical Society
Dr. Maria Pagliaro, postdoctoral research fellow at ICCOM Sesto Fiorentino, is the winner of the “Mauro Graziani” 2020 Award, conferred in Bologna on 24/09/2020. The Interdivisional Group of Catalysis of the Italian Chemical Society (SCI), to honor the memory of Prof. Mauro Graziani, by accepting the request of some colleagues and family, has promoted the establishment of the first edition of a prize to be awarded to a postgraduate student who carried out its activity in the sector of catalysis for the environment and energy, obtaining the title of Ph.D. in the XXXI or XXXII doctoral cycles.
Dr. Pagliaro obtained on 25/02/2020 the title of PhD in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences (XXXII cycle) at the University of Siena (Tutors: Dr. Francesco Vizza and Prof. Stefano Mangani), with a thesis entitled: “Materials for energy production and storage by electrocatalysis”.
