Dr. E. Carignani winner of the Galileo Galilei International Award 2020/2021
Dr. Elisa Carignani is one of the two winners of the Galileo Galilei International Award for the promotion of scientific research reserved for Young Scholars for the year 2020/2021. The award, promoted by the Rotary District 2071 of Tuscany in collaboration with the Galileo Galilei Award Foundation, is reserved for young researchers who have distinguished themselves in the humanities or sciences and who have conducted their research work in Tuscany. Elisa, research fellow at the ICCOM-CNR Site in Pisa, was awarded for her research on the development and application of solid-state NMR methodologies for the study of materials of interest in the pharmaceutical and energy fields.
