Equinox School 2025 – Pistoia, 15-17/09/2025
Equinox School 2025, to be held in Pistoia from September 15 to 17, 2025, is part of the scientific research project “Artificial Intelligence and Physical Sciences for Radiological Image Processing.” The school is intended for residents and professionals in medical physics, as well as students, researchers, and enthusiasts with an interest in the topic. It will feature both theoretical sessions and hands-on workshops on the use of machine learning tools. Participants will explore methods and techniques for training artificial neural networks through practical examples. A significant portion of the program will be devoted to practical sessions with the support of tutors. Among the tutors will be Prof. John Damilakis, President of the International Organization for Medical Physics (IOMP). A maximum of 30 participants will be admitted.
