Oral presentations will be in the conventional format of a talk given by the registered author using an LCD projector, followed by a short discussion period. Timing will respect the following table:

Info for Poster contributors
Poster presentations will be posted on a designated board, with the registered author available to present details and to answer questions during the selected poster session times.The panels for poster have dimensions of 100 x 140 (w x h). (portrait vertical orientation).
Poster session 1 will be held on April 11th, 16:00-17:15 and on April 12th, 10:45-11:15, both during coffee-break time. You may put up you poster at lunch time on April 11th, and you are required to remove it before lunchtime on April 12th, to allow contributors to the second session to put up theirs.
Poster session 2 will be held on April 12th, 16:15-17:30 and on April 13th, 10:15-10:45, both during coffee-break time. You may put up your poster at lunchtime on April 12th after contributors from Session 1 will have removed theirs. You are required to remove it at the end of the Session.
